Well, it took me a little over 2 years in training lots of money in classes/fees to the state, but I am finally a certified residential real estate appraiser, just passed my test today should get my new license # soon.....yup, just in time for the market to crash oh well it'll pick up eventually hopefully. So I figured this would be a perfect time to whore myself to any LO that do business in FL specifically Palm beach, martin and st lucie county...either way I'm happy, goin to get shit faced tonight.

I'm the honest kind....what you had we refer to as a 'skippy' thats a big no-no and a one way ticket to revocation of your license and other possible fines....we have to abide by a code of ethics well some of us do at least

yes and no, everyone wants to refi out of their arm...but their house isn't worth what it was in 05'...so their screwed and thus I have no work...but I have other things to keep me afloat.
