Rangers' 30 runs sets AL record in rout of Orioles

BALTIMORE (AP) -- Five runs in the fourth inning.
Nine runs in the sixth.
Ten in the eighth.
Six more in the ninth.

The Texas Rangers rounded the bases at a dizzying pace and became the first team in 110 years to score 30 runs in a game, setting an American League record Wednesday in a 30-3 rout of the Baltimore Orioles.

Yep, Saw most of the game.

They barely pulled out a win in game two though.

How many pitchers did the Orioles go through and did they start taking volunteers out of the stands?

IIRCo nly 3 or 4 pitchers, I think after awhile they just left them out their regardless of the score once it started getting bad since they had to conserve for game 2
