I think it's a joke because Samus is a woman and no one has actually ever seen Master Chief without his armor...

Of course, that would make a nice twist ending to Halo 3 that no one would see coming. Who says John can't be a girl's name? hehe

. Anyway, there are women spartans, just not the chief. That is a cool video though, taking quite possibly the greatest fight scean ever and turning it into Halo/metroid.
