Apparently, if they get enough good customer service reviews from the surveys, they're awarded $100,000.00 per quarter to do free beyond-warranty work. I had no idea that was even possible...

However, I don't think Buick is going to appreciate their (Business Week) description calling Buick "the highest rated Non-Premium car" ~ on the back cover of a 2005 & 6 Buick brouchure it says "Proud makers of a Premium Automobile"
Growing up in the 50s & 60s before all the foreign alphabet soup model foreign cars, THE Luxury cars were:
Cadillac, Lincoln & Imperial
The Premium cars were:
Buick, Oldsmobile, Chrysler & Mercury
Between the Low Priced and the Premium were:
Pontiac & Dodge
The "Low Priced" Cars were:
Plymouth, Ford, Chevrolet & American Motors & Studebaker.
