Hi everyone, I'm an American car enthusiast (GM in particular) from the south of England. I currently drive an 'H-body' 1988 Pontiac Bonneville SSE, and previously owned a couple of Saturns. I definitely count myself as a Cadillac fan and may have one as my next car - I quite fancy an early 90s Eldorado so while I'm here I can do so research on that.

I also help run a website for auto enthusiasts at www.street-car.net - which is a site for more general automotive chat rather than being marque specific so everyone is welcome. Do feel free to check it out and let me know what you think, I am always grateful for feedback on the site. The site also includes a car specifications database which some of you may find useful.

I think our gasoline works out at about US$7 per gallon. The exchange rate was US$1.97 to 1 UK pound last time I checked.

US$1.67 per litre in metric.

I live in Canada,right now we are paying $1.00 per litre,which is $4.50 per.
imperial gal. works out to $3.50 u.s. per gal.
