First of all I would like to say that this survey isn't a front for a telemarketing scheme or people working for the competition. Last week some people were skeptical when we asked about possible survey questions to put in the survey and I assure you that everything is on the up-and-up. I go to Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA and I am an Advertising/Creative Brand Management major. Our professor entered our class (broken into several teams) into the National Cadillac Case Study competition (http://intranet.edventurepartners.com/casestudies/cadillac07/default.asp) where we must devise a plan to get people interested in Cadillac and specifically the hot 2008 CTS.

Of course, we would like enthusiasts such as yourselves to answer the survey. Please pass it along because the more responses we get, the better consumer representation we will have when we present our case. We will keep you posted on our advancement in the contest.

I just realized that I left out the word "to" in my post like the other poster just mentioned...LOL!!!! Thank you so much for letting my post remain on the thread. By the way, the poster Burdette is okay because we are on the same team and I beat him posting this request (girls can type faster-hee-hee).

We will probably also ask for your permission later to ask forum members additional questions because we also have to form a media plan and a creative execution for the 2008 CTS campaign. We wanted to post here because you are the experts on Cadillac. The point of the case study is to get consumers to consider the Cadillac CTS as the first luxury car brand they will consider when looking to upgrade in the luxury car market.

Is it okay to post the thread on other threads (other Caddy models) on the site or should I let you do it?

You got me!!! LOL!!!! I hope you fill out the survey and send it to your friends. We really want a wide representation of people filling out the survey especially people who might not consider Cadillac but after seeing the 2008 CTS they might change their mind.
