hi Everybody,

I used to own a BIG 4 cadillac, back in 1985. It was a good car, super comfortable. Then I traded it in and never drove another one.

I was at the Chicago Auto Show the other day and saw some of the new Caddy's... The CTS, SRX and my favorite the XLR. I could easily own one of those... If I had the money.

Anyway, just wanted to say hi.

I think I am falling in love with the new CTS and its body lines....
Not sure about the seat backs...I really do not like the looks of the netting to hold things like maps or whatever. I think it cheapens the cadillac name....maybe its just me.

Yea, I'm not sure about netting. My wifes Mazda Protege 5 has them.... Don't think a Cadillac needs them.

The CTS-v has 'em already; don't know about the current CTS. I agree they should be something else.

BTW DK, I'm confused: are you a person who owns old Cadillacs, or an old person who owns Cadillacs?

I'll post the SRX and XLR photos in their forums! I also have some Escalade photos that I'll post. The quality on those aren't as good.
