Non US '98-04 Cadillac Seville models all have headlamp washers ? If so why US versions don't have it ?
What I circled around the heads on the picture must be a headlamp washer.May be it would be a redundant goodie but wouldn't it be cool to have such accessories as well ?

I had "headlamp washers" on my 1987 Toyota Supra. They were pretty worthless. All they do is get the dirt wet. The Europeans had the right idea when they added the little wipers to the headlights, then it works.

Only on very, very rare occasions do they come in handy. I could probably count the time in my life on my fingers. I can live without them.

In Europe the law says: If you have HIDs, you MUST have headlamp washer!

Background: HIDs produce less heat than Halogen bulbs and snow doesn`t melt with the low heat so you must remove the snow by washer

Further you need automatic level correction for headlights

Some use sensors similar to ride height sensors with an arm attached to the lower control arm. Some others use an inclination sensor to determine what grade hill the vehicle is on. They help keep the beam level and out of the windshield of oncoming cars, especially when driving over the crest of a hill. I have seen some vehicles with them malfunctioning pretty badly. One that comes to mind was an M3 that was driving behind me, that had the right headlight point up into the tree line. It was like driving with the sun directly behind your car.
