Anyone have personal experience and/or an auction book compilation of prices paid at the auctions on 06' STS V-8's currently? I'm looking at an 06' STS V-8 Exec driven, sticker $59K+ and they’re asking $38,900. 3800 miles on it. ANY response would be most appreciated.

That's not a bad deal for only 3800 miles. I have an 06 1SG AWD with 22,000 miles and blackbook is about $33,500 and would retail for about $35,000.

This might be the same car, but here is a 06 1SG on ebay.

I Think that is a fair price. Offer them $37K and see what they do.

only if you have a dealers licence and are registerd to buy at that auction. the dealers hate it when you post auction prices. shows them for what they are..

Thank you very much fleetwood. Looks like California leads in the prices paid category. Very expensive place to line w/o a doubt but one of the best places to live also IMHO. Seems that Detroit prices are the LOWEST are they not?

Albequrque and Big H are lower than Detroit. Detroit will typically have one of the lowest resale values because of all the employee discounts. It would be safe to say that at least 50% of all car sales in the metro Detroit area are sold at employee pricing. Correct me if i'm wrong. :)

That employee discount statement makes sense indeed.

All the above are right on. The price on Galves is between $31,500 and $32,000.
