Checked the components under the hood and found the wires at the connectors were either chewed? or burned? I'm talking about MULTIPLE wires! The connectors are no good anymore.
Anybody ever come across a situation like this? I would appreciate any advice

Sounds like a critter got under your hood, was it stored in a garage for awhile? Only other thing would be the car seriously overheated and melted the connectors, but its highly unlikely. You would have seen smoke from the plugs burning. I think mother nature screwed you.
