View Full Version : The STS I Saved. Loos Cannon 01-31-07, 05:52 PM I am a new member to this website as well to cadillac. I am 17 years old with alot of time on my hands. One day my father and I were driving around and came across a 1994 STS sitting on the side of a garage. I asked the owner what they were doing with it and to my surprise she said she'd gladly give it to me if we'd tow it away (dead transimission). So 3 months later, one tranny job and about 30 hours of TLC.. My first car is now a 1994 STS:)

I just put those rims on this weekend and now Im looking into maybe 50 or maybe 100 shot of NOx, mufflers, and a sweet stereo and ill be set. Thanks for the comments! only1kairi 01-31-07, 06:20 PM did you tint the rear lens? Loos Cannon 01-31-07, 06:24 PM did you tint the rear lens?
yes, I was bored one rainy day and decided to give Nightshade a shot, I put 3 coats so that it was brake lights were still somewhat visible. My new project is im working on a stainless grill for the upper and lower air ducts, I think that will really set it off. EcSTSatic 01-31-07, 06:25 PM You deserve a medal! :patriot:

Enjoy your car my friend :highfive: bhoppes 01-31-07, 06:38 PM Holy crap. Just goes to show you that a little (or a lot) work can do a car a lot of good. Very nice car. By your picture it looks like you didn't have to do that much to the interior. Loos Cannon 01-31-07, 06:44 PM As for the interior...it was border line perfect..a few minor cracks in the leather from wear, theres a small crack in the woodgrain around the shifter, a broken heated seat switch, and there was a couple minor stains on the carpet but hey, for a free car, I have absolutely no complaints. stevebuick23 01-31-07, 07:51 PM Hmmm...those tail lights and tint looks like a lousy attempt at photoshop. lol.
Good turn around though guy! :) TripleblackETC 01-31-07, 08:45 PM You did an incredible job. Thanks for saving her! Have you taken her back to show (and thank) the generous owner who gave her up for adoption? Lord Cadillac 01-31-07, 09:49 PM It looks like my very own Nephew, Loos Cannon, forgot to mention that he is FAMILY to the owner of CadillacOwners.com! Well.. He's still the coolest teenager I know.
Chris! Where did you get those rims? And how much did they cost? And who did the tint? That's awesome! You are a true hero among Cadillac owners. CadillacSTS2003 01-31-07, 11:53 PM ahhh

The stereo may be sweet, but if you take it somewhere, make SURE they know the Cadillac. Mine's being all dicked with right now. They didn't even know to put the GMRC in and you can see the cut in the back seat, on the side. Damn them. I'm going to make them fix it when I go back. :kick:
NOx -- hahaha... nice. Let me know what that's like! If it works?? HEY!!!!! Nice BLACK CADDY you got there..... hee hee...
