Just wanted to say hi. I'm new here but not to the forum world. I've been over at Corvetteforum.com and ls1tech for some time. I just purchased a SC CTS-V (500 + rwhp) and will be picking it up this weekend. I look forward to all the tips, trades, and friends I'm sure to meet while here at the caddy forums.
I am located in Alexandria VA. Home to Lindsay Cadillac. Speaking of which - isn't there a very helpful employee at Lindsay that works with members of this forum, a Jason Pollack? maybe?
Thanks again!
:welcome: to the forums. we need pics of your car man! post them ASAP!
:gah:... VA drivers...

Welcome aboard! Thank you for signing up.. Images and links need to be approved by a team member - this is ONLY for new members. We'd have a serious spam problem otherwise...
Yes, Mr. Pollack hangs out around these parts. :) Lindsay has their own Vendor forum...

Welcome Val! I've seen you around in the Vette section over on LS1Tech. (that's where I go to day dream) I was just reading the thread in the V section where that car was for sale this morning. I bet you're going to enjoy the Hell out of that thing! Congrats on your purchase!

Thanks for the warm welcome gentlemen.
Yes in the past year I've went through a rollercoaster of cars -
2006 Corvette
2007 BMW 335i
1995 Ford Aspire (funny story)
I think the CTS-V should keep me well satisfied for the time being!

I loved the BMW gobs of low end tourque ...but it came on a bit more linear than I prefer. The handling, like most BMW cars, was amazing. I will admit the car was quick, classy, very "solid" feeling unlike most of GM's cars. You have to remember though I just had gotten out of H/C C6 headers and Bullet exhaust- 104DB loud!
So you can imagine the difference in the two - nonetheless I REALLY needed a sedan. I am always playing DD with my drunken friends so I ran across what I thought was a very good deal on a SC CTS-V.
Here are some of my previous cars all in the past 2 years-
2004 Vortech SC 350 Z
