I don't usually use any of this stuff in my cars, but this time around, with the 365K mile Toyota engine, I dumped some Marvel in the crankcase when I changed the oil a little bit ago. I always used power punch in my old Lincoln 462 because it had a little lower compression that it should have and that actually seemed to help. Anyone else use any of the stuff religiously or on occasion?

I saved the recommended 4oz of Marvel for the fuel system too as I'm going to have to resmog it in three months and figured it can't hurt to run it through and clean things out in there as well. Next fill up I'll dump it in the tank right before I fill so it'll be well mixed.

Prior to N* ownership I had a ritual.

I would put some MMO in the crankcase a day or so before an oil change. Then when I changed the oil I would add a bottle of Lucas.

On some occasions I've used MMO in the fuel also. Don't over do it like I did by accident once. You car will be slow and smell like light oil burning for a week. LOL

I used to use a product called Restore in a high mileage pickup I owned. It seemed to make a difference in power in that vehicle.

One of the best all around cleaners/additives on the market is Sea Foam. It does a great job cleaning carbon deposits, freeing sticky lifters, and cleans injectors. Once in a great while I'll pour a can into the fuel tank, and every 20-25k miles I'll pur it into the crank case a few days before an oil change.
