I mostly post in the escalade section, but often read the v forum for advice... Anyhow when I read all of "your" posts I realize that i may be the only one on this forum with an all stock v... I love the v (except for the rear dif)... I leave my cars in stock form just because i tend to turn them over evey 60-70k miles... but i was just wondering if anyone else here left their v in stock form?

Pretty difficult to leave it all stock - if nothing else the skipshift has to be eliminated, then you got to do something about the shifter. Then before you know it, you're installing a cat back exhaust. And then ........

Yep...that's how it starts...first the gateway mods cause everybody else is doing it...then the catback...and before you know it..it's just not enough anymore and you're on to the hard stuff :alchi:

Mine's all stock, but that's only because I cant afford to buy anything for it. If I had my way, it would be far from stock.

All stock here too. I plan to drive the wheels off mine too, but cannot promise I don't do some minor mods one day that wouldn't get in the way of warranty claims. I, too, don't have too much in the way to discrectionary spending $$ (Wife and kidos seem to get it first).
Kingpin08, noticed you're in Aggietown, are you a city resident, a student or work there?

Boss. Class of '93 here
Full sized spare mod (if that counts), but since I'm here reading often, you cannot help but think of what you'd like to do the V, and all the info here is invaluable.

No exhaust on your LS6?

That'd be like owning a Radio that doesn't work and missing all of the sweet, sweet sounds it could be making.

That skip shift thingy is a "must be gone".

Short shifters are pretty cool.

The F1's don't last long enough, I axed those.
