The buttons on my radio are starting to fade. I brought it in for a warranty replacement. Whatever the installer did voided that particular warranty... I don't exactly understand why - but it happened..
no his hu is factory nav
and thats bullshit what they did had NOTHING to do with the hu
you need to call up Cadillac customer service and speak with them,
the minute you hang up the problem will be solved...
I'm not sure what an HU is or what even to say. It's the buttons on the actual - well yeah - the nav.. Check out the attachment. The area in the red...
The Cadillac service advisor said it had something to do with the wiring in the back of the deck. Splicing or something.. Maybe the amp installer did a bad job...
hu= Head Unit
and thats complete crap tapping into the unit has NOTHING to do with the buttons, call customer service and complain, or tell them YOULL remove the hu, hand it to them, they hand you a new one and youll install it then have them clear the theftlock code...
this is complete bullshit
Most of the people there aren't aware of who I am.. Otherwise.. Maybe I need to make it more clear that all I want is the buttons replaced.. Do they need to replace the head unit as well to make this happen?
the whole unit is replaced...
they dont do just the buttons to high a risk of breakin it when opening it up
you need to call cadillac like ive said man trust me
