I'm looking at a 2004 CTS-V. It has 14,900 miles and is certified. What would be a good price for this car?

I think if it were at a dealer they'd be asking $31-34K but in reality, upper 20's is right. Offer $29K

Keep in mind that it's a Cadillac Certified Pre-Owned, that takes the warranty to 6yrs/100k that alone is worth about $3k. Depending on when the '04 went into service you're actually getting more warranty than the 1st owner in time & for sure miles. :alchi:
