Hi I'm new to this forum, but I have a common problem. I just bought a 1995 seville with the bose system and I was thinking about replacing it. I have a clarion flip screen head unit that I would like to put in but I don't know where to begin. where do I get the harness? do I have to rewire the whole system? I really would appreciate any sort of help on this because I don't want sell the head unit..

How much will you sell your current Bose system for? ie, Speakers, head unit, etc.. I've HEARD that the head unit is the same as a non bose, only the trunk module is needed with the speakers. anyways.. let me know what ya think?
thanks,

Have you used this? I wish to use it for the add an amplifier function that gives you low level outputs with current system in place. Is this thing good quality??

Yes I use this company.I bought a converter for a pioneer cd player,it hooks right up to the factory wiring. You will have the popping when your radio shuts off but they sell something that fixes that. You have to let them know which radio you will use a converter for, they need the number of pins that will connect to the radio or amp you want to install.I have bought two other converters, one from Best Buy and the other from Phase II..they were both junk.Tune town sells oem parts that are made to work with your Bose and if you have any problems they will even help you install it over the phone.I have had no problems and my radio sounds better with the pioneer than with the Bose..I still use my Bose speakers and they sound great.
