this kids on the video are amatures.we actually had a trick, that you could drink a lot more then that, and not pass out.
wow, that's so cool. thanks again
jonny, you da man Benzilla 01-11-07, 02:19 PM wanna share the trick? yourgmsolutions 01-11-07, 02:27 PM sure,
if you want to compete in this kind of stuff, you have to eat as much butter as you can.. so what it does is. don't know how to explain this in english, but butter will slow down vodka to penetrate alcohol into you blood, etc. plus you eat a lot of oil cooked food.
some kids even drinked olive oil first. it's some nasty shit, but helps when you compiting like that The stupidity of youth, remember it well :D What's sad is watching his "friends" just sit there and not help him in the classroom when all of that booze hit his brain and he couldn't walk or stand. Thank goodness he barfed some of it back up and didn't ingest it all. And that, my friends, is why we won the Cold War. LMAO!
That was an amusing clip... I knew kids who brought vodka to school in waterbottles, one was a teacher's son. He got in deep shit for that. I don't believe they competed like that lol. Lord Cadillac 01-11-07, 02:57 PM Why don't you guys like using the YouTube button?
m_pw9vik0BQ&eurl Lord Cadillac 01-11-07, 03:01 PM Interesting trick, GM_Geek! Cool. I used to bring Vodka to school as well.. I don't think I could drink it down like that kid did - but I wasn't too far behind.. School bored the friggin HELL outta me.. Rey Rey 650 01-11-07, 03:01 PM Cant watch the video at work..... Might be water.. yourgmsolutions 01-11-07, 03:08 PM And that, my friends, is why we won the Cold War.
Dude. plz don't start politics here, You were wearing diapes during Cold War, So how much would you know about it?
Yes we drink vodka at school. but so you know russian education is #1 in the world. we had only 10 grades at school, but subjects we studied at 8 grade, you didn't even studied that at 12 grade Here. and don't tell me I don't know nothing. I have a teenager at home who's attending 11 grade. you should know by now, america is strong just because of the immigrants. I'm talking about scientists/programmers/etc.
so plz step back and don't touch this subject ShadowLvr400 01-11-07, 03:34 PM Easy gm-geek. Spyder was making a smartass comment. That kid did the same kind of stupid stuff kids everywhere do.
On Russian education, it's crazy. I've done a bit of research into it, and they're learning things like Calculus in roughly the middle school level. If you're able to get into the true education programs. For years, it seems there were 2 major lines. 1) Youre picked out early as being very smart, and sent off to learn enough to have several US doctorates. 2) If you're considered average, or dumb, you're taught a trade. It's strange, but it seems that the average kids are groomed for low/mid level labor jobs. Trained well for those jobs, but not much else.
Now, as a counter to you gm_geek, the USA isn't strong just because of intelligent immigrants. Genetically, the total mix of immigrants makes the USA as a whole, resistant to disease. The advantage of mutts there. But the cultural differences help lead to a lot of creativity, and the dream of capitalism, means that the most driven, not necessarily the most talented, often rise. This leads to an overall variety that helps ensure a strong nation.
On my own political note, I'm sad to see Russia's decline, because the early social ideas behind socialism and communism have strengths, and if they'd been executed slightly different, I think Russia could have still been an equal power to the Us. yourgmsolutions 01-11-07, 03:59 PM Agree with You Shadow,
school system in russia is on the faster and tougher pace.
after 8 grade at the age 14 you can drop school and attend college.
after 10 grade age 16 you can attend college/Institut/University.
legal age, to buy sigarets/have sex/get married/etc. is 16
makes me sad sometimes that american propaganda still shows russia only negative sides. I took my daughter to visit Russia. she was shocked to see that now Russia is not what she've heard at school or seen on TV xxpinballxx 01-11-07, 04:20 PM what GM no apology for jumping down spyder's throat without a clue who the guy is and how we joke around....? I guess manners werent a lesson learned over there huh?
that is nuts about the education. I knew they were well ahead of students in the states but didnt know to what extreme. They apparently haven't learned how to pull their economy from the shitter either. yourgmsolutions 01-11-07, 05:23 PM Interesting trick, GM_Geek! Cool. I used to bring Vodka to school as well.. :) I'm glad you liked this trick.
basicaly, butter or oil lubricates throat/stomach/etc, and creates some kind of shield, so when you drink vodka for example, you don't even feel it, so it goes as smoth as water.
I'll be in FL soon, may be we can meet and try to drink a gallon of it :drunkpair:
most likely I'll pass out first (not as strong as used to be) ShadowLvr400 01-11-07, 05:33 PM Actully, the oil/butter, is a high fat content, which makes the body slow down the digestion process. Which slows down the absorbtion of the alcohol by the digestive system. Then, factor in the fats and alcohols binding to each other chemically, which also slows the uptake.
As for sinister, don't take potshots like that please sir. I may not moderate this section, but I will still try and help in any section I'm in. yourgmsolutions 01-11-07, 05:38 PM They apparently haven't learned how to pull their economy from the shitter either.
I don't want to be rude, but if i was you, I would worry about economy over here, in US
You probubly heard about economy in Russia from watching CNN. i can understand that.
if economy in russia would be as bad as you described, then gas and electricity wouldn't be cheaper overthere then here
as far as cold war, I don't understand when somebody say, we won cold war. russia still have more nucelar weapons/tanks/ships/aircrafts then anybody else malcolm 01-11-07, 05:49 PM Can't we all just get along?
Religion and politics discussions always start trouble. Both contries have their fair share of warts.
Back to the vodka drinker, drinking that much that fast can kill you. And if the alcohol poisioning doesn't, banging your head on the floor in a fall sure as hell is going to leave a mark. Oh for christs sake. Drop it. A stupid one liner is not f'ing worth the bullshit that's already gone on in the last hour in this thread, much less where its going to go if you keep it up. I'm glad Jesda never got ahold of this one. We'd probably all be banned for life!
PS. I still think it was a funny joke. a JOKE. No more, no less. Crap. Forget about it. Rey Rey 650 01-11-07, 06:00 PM :lock: yourgmsolutions 01-11-07, 06:00 PM I know, that's why i hate talk politics/religion/second world war 2 / Middle east/

Former pre-med, current chef, college age. We're talking about booze, food, and how alcohol interacts with the body. I hope I know whats going on. :) davesdeville 01-13-07, 05:40 AM That was impressive. The closest I've ever come to that is beer bonging a 40 of room temperature OE. http://www.ciws.info/beerchug.jpg | |
