It was only a matter of time, but the 1TB mark is indeed impressive.

I've been using a computer for 9-10 years and now I'm about 2/3 through my 80gb drive. I don't know what a private individual could do with that drive other than rip a lot of DVDs, download a lot of porn in video form, or rip a lot of porn DVDs.

When I was getting my CS degree we were using Holerith (punch) cards. :eek:

I'm right there with you. My first PC, other than the PC Junior was a IBM PS/2. I think it was 8MHz and had two 60MB hard drives. My dad told me I'd never need anything more. That this was a high end business machine.

I have to say it was pretty cool with 9MB of RAM and DOS Shell
