This is by far the worst dealer in the U.S. I would not buy a used bicycle from this dealership or keith dial. They would not honor their online ad through Autotrader. They lied about the mileage on the EXT I bought there. They would not remove my phone kit and radar detector cord as per the agreement with their used car manager. Very conveniently, no phone calls were returned from the used and new car managers.

You should not mention a persons name on this forum especially if they did not treat you wrong.

My Original Post Remains As It Was Listed. You Did Not Do Your Job. Just As A Typical Used Car Salesman Would Do!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Take Your Bologna Somewhere Else. Guess You Haven't Seen The Other Complaints Yet Liar.

And now those morons are trying to get their customers to post good reviews about themselves. This is an extremely feeble attempt to gloss over VERY BAD SERVICE AND SALESMANSHIP1

I don't know anything about salesmen there, but I am happy with their service dept. I must admit that I visit with their mechanics, but the ones that I have met have saved me money by making recommendations to me.

This is four year old info, but many of the same people are still there. I have no problem going back to the dealership, but I request my specific mechanics.

On the other hand, srvc mgr in Jackson, Ms will not let customers near mechanics. He has a rule that no one is to give customer any answers to customer questions. I must admit that I did not have any problem there, and I was able to get answers from mechanics.

When it comes down to it, your (my) approach is directly related to the service you will get--provided that you talk directly to mechanic. If you never meet and communicate with mechanic, then you could be in trouble. A little grease ($$) for the mechanic also helps. I call it a tip.

Maybe I am just too dang naive and optimistic, but I also spend a lot of time at dealerships, meeting srvc mgrs and mechanics. I highly respect those guys (and gals??). I feel if I treat them right and professionally, they will reciprocate. Admittedly, it takes quite a bit of my personal time. And I have been massaging these people for 35 years. I am not bragging. Perhaps, I take a different approach to life and car repairs than most people. Admittedly, I get burnt every once in a while. Life is tough!!

I have to disagree with you on Bud Davis Cadillac. I own a 05 Cadillac and I must say they have treated me like a king. I even I had the brake light to go out on the driver side and they came to my house and replaced it. My Salesman was very knowledgeable and his customer service skills were above what I expected. BUD DAVIS CADILLAC, INC is the best dealership that I have ever visited and this is my fourth car that I have purchased from a dealer but my very first Cadillac.
