Installed the Nucleus adapter this after noon via the xm receiver....everything works ok and am still sorting thru the maze of options using the navigation screen...one question to others who have done this...the IPOD seems to take forever to turn off after I kill the ignition..is this normal ? I assume the IPOD is working on its own batteris after I kill the ignition as there should be no juice going to the IPOD...just want to make sure I am not going to have a dead battery in the morning....????

If its like my radar detector, it gets juice for ~10 minutes after you leave the car.

Would you be able to take some pics of the screens?

It looks like a good product, but I was told by logjam that they dont support our vehicles (or at least my 05. Maybe 06 is different?)

Any other thoughts/opinions on it?

"These selected items will remain in operation until a passenger compartment door is opened or until the RAP function timer reaches its shut-off limit."

Doesn't that say that the RAP turns off when a door is opened. Don't know if you're alluding to the fact that it indicates the passenger compartment door as opposed to the driver's door, however, they do indicate that RAP will end when "The DIM receives an input as a serial data message from any door module indicating the opening of a passenger compartment door." And the driver door module (DDM) is listed as one of the modules receiving serial data messages for RAP functions. In my car RAP function ends once any door is opened, including the driver's. :hmm:

No.. the RAP will stay on AFTER the door opens is what that is saying. The radio (and certain other modules) will go off once you open the door, but other modules remain on for more time. It turns out to be about 10 mins or so..
