As some of your are aware the Platinum comes with 2 7" LCD and a stock dvd player. I am adding another 6 lcd's to the truck and a dvd changer. How can I get the video source from my dvd changer to play over the factory lcd and how would I get the factory dvd video source to play over my 6 new lcds. Each new lcd has 2 video inputs. I am having someone draw up a wiring diagram as we speak but I need some wiring help. Any info would be appreciated.

Start by
removing the screen with four 10mm bolts and accessing the harness on the right side. “You can recognize it because it has a
shielded harness inside the main one,

1. Locate the Video (+), which is a thin Dk. Blue wire. Cut off one end of a female RCA and solder the positive lead to this wire.
2. Locate the Left Audio (+), which is a thin Black wire. Cut off one end of a female RCA and solder the positive lead to this wire.
3. Locate the Right Audio (+), which is a thin Brown wire. Cut off one end of a female RCA and solder the positive lead to this
wire.
4. Attach all of the ground leads to the chassis of the DVD player.

Rather than run raw wires, use RCA cables to retain signal quality
and to be able to disconnect from the factory system if necessary.

Are these instructions for the video out of the DVD player or video in? I need both wiring schemes. I sent you an email yesterday, did you see it, maybe you can send me the pics through email in a bigger size.

Here is the wiring diagram I have so far, the green wire is the input i need to figure out at the factory dvd player, then I will need to figure out an output from the dvd player.

Those instructions there, are they for adding video to the factory screen? If so, I didnt see anything about the aftermarket video module. You cant just add video straight in? Can you?
