I own a 78 eldorado, Yellow, 60,000 mile bought from the orignal owner car.
Not my first caddy or my last.

Howdy! I also have a 78 Eldo. Mine is a triple white Barritz, but it's in bad shape, has some rust, but it was a daily driver before the gas prices. Also have a 51' Fleetwood, that is being restomoded. I have the motor and suspension of a mark VIII in it.

Cool thats is running a 4.6 DOHC motor but being a Caddy and all it would have cooler to see a RWD Northstar drivetrain or better yet an Escalade drivetrain. Either way, get those pics up!

Done, I put it in the fleetwood section. The escalade would have been nice, but since I had a wrecked markVIII lying around, I figured it would be best to use that.

I saw it, sweet man:thumbsup: . Keep the pics coming as the project progresses. So far it looks like some good old fashioned hot rodding mixed with a budget. I love projects like that cause its the skill of the builder that will make it fly!.

Glad you like it. I will keep the pics and update coming as they happen. Next should be the rear end.
