I think that is a owner loyalty type thing on the grill, IIRC you get one if you purchase multiple new caddys. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

That's a Cadillac Heritage of Ownership Medallion....

The Dealer is supposed to get it for you when you buy a new Cadillac, and the number indicates how many Cadillacs you have owned...

They can be had on Ebay. I'd have to look up who the seller of mine was, but I'm pretty sure he works at a Dealership.... he allowed me to specify the number, which was 4.... The Dealer near my house, who has been great on parts, gave me a flat "NO" when I asked... all My Eldos have been bought used, so, I've never got the red carpet treatment....

It's not a cheap trinket. It's real nice. Comes in a jewelry type case.... I was almost afraid to put it on the car, it was so nice....
