Hi,my name is mike from nashville but i like in bowling green as i go to WKU. I currently drive a 2004 Volvo S40 but for now i am driving my dad's 2002 STS. i love this car and love the northstar V8. we currently have 3 caddys. a 2005 escalade, 2005 XLR, and the STS. Currently my Volvo has as many upgrades as possible without spending upwards of 5g at a time, and it makes almost 300whp. The car is too low fr me to drive around campus so i drive the sts. My question is where can i find basic modifications for this car such as intake and ecu chip? i do not have pictures of the caddy but i have some of my volvo.

:welcome: to the forums!

And that is the nicest looking volvo I have ever seen.

Usually when I think of volvo's I think of UGLY stationwagons with those UGLY tail lights that are as tall as the vehicle... But yours is nice!

im already addicted, ive been searching for intakes for the past hour it seems. i am stuck though, my dads car has the northstar v8 what litre is it, 4.6L? ive been searching for intakes and i cannot seem to fin anything that looks like his motor. the intake is on the right side and the box is only a few inches away from the intake. can a simple cone filter be bolted right on to the thorttle body? I wanna make my dads caddy faster than my Volvo...battle of the grocery getters! oh ya forgot to post this pic :) behind the engine (follow the pipe with the blow off valve) sits a garrett gt2871r. i really enjoy the car a lot.

Exhaust (minor gains), spray (well you know)

These can't be chipped, but there is a member with a prototype programmer for Northstars (CadillacETC1997).

Maintenence is the best upgrade for these cars in my view.
