Sal Collaziano invited me to introduce myself and I'm not one to mess with Sal.
I'm Ed, a magazine editor living in St. Augustine, Florida. My wife, Carol, and I became first-time parents when I was 52. My daughter, Jenny will turn 4 this Sunday. Carol is a hospital administrator.
We own two of those cars talked about elsewhere on this forum and are much happier with the older one.
Be seeing ya.
Welcome aboard!:welcome: What kind of Cadillacs do you own? If you have any pictures, post 'em! We all like to see what everyone's driving.
This is a great site, you can get some very helpful info, and you can have alot of fun hanging out in the Lounge here. You never know what you'll find there...:)

Thanks for the warm welcome. We own a '96 Devlle and a '01 Deville. Both were purchased after my dad leased them. I knew what I was getting. The '96 has more vim and vigor and the '01 has had a problem with 3 of 4 power window motors dying within the last 2 years (the first one died about a month out of warranty). Still working with Cadillac Assist to resolve the issue of an obvious manufacturing defect. The only pixs I have right now show what the front end of the '96 looked like after an encounter with a small deer this past July and what the car looked like after the body work. Doesn't look that bad but the repair bill exceeded $2,000 and was pushing the "total" limit (which is crazy).
See you next time.

Wow, I had a '96 Deville that looked a lot like yours. same color, mint condition, but it had the standard wheels with narrow whitewalls. I miss that car.
Welcome to the club! :)
