I got a set of 03+ mirrors I want to wire up on my 02 as close to OEM as possible.

Both if you can, please. I need to Modify my 02 wiring to match the 03+ mirrors I bought.
How do you get or know all the technicals? Do you work in the industry or have a service manual?
Can you recommend a good manual that I could buy online?

why dont you just get the harness?

Even if I get a harnees, I have to cut the 02 harness and match the correct wires. Plus the 03+ has more wires too. And most importantly, I need to power the turn signals from a source under the dash.

Here's what's available out of the service manual... There's a couple of different schematics for the 02 so I just gave you everything that was there...

It doesn't show every wire I need. Eg.. turn signals wires are missing on the 03+. But it's a great start for me.
