When it's really cold out the blower fan makes this "fap fap fap" noise as if the fan's scraping against something, it goes away once the car warms up. In the summer I have to pry open the blower motor's outer plastic trim(where the harness goes into) just a little bit or otherwise it'll make the "fap fap fap" noise constantly. The noise changes when I go over bumps and turning my steering wheel left and right. The noise gets softer if I turn the wheel to the left. The blower motor is new when I bought the car used, so they must of did a bad job on aligning it or something.

How do I get access to the blower motor and what could it be scraping against? I hope it's not a wire.
