1985 fleetwood brougham

ok so i picked up a new wiper switch to replace my broken one and installed it just fine. it works and everything. but when i slide it to delay, there is no delay. even when i slide it to the highest delay setting. 10 minutes nothing happens. is this a wiper motor problem? have any of you guys had this smiliar problem?:confused:

The circuit board is bad. If you buy an aftermarket motor it may come complete, otherwise the delay relay and circuit board are availiable at any GM dealer.
