Or This. Maybe.
I love the Automag, and I LOVE the fact that it comes with a barrel and spring to allow it to fire 10mm. Cheaper than 45 Win Mag, for sure. Plus the Socom II is almost twice as much and I can get them anytime. Hmmm...we'll have to see how much of my security deposit I'm getting back when I move out over the next two weeks. :)

Damn, sorry you live in Commiefornia! That Socom II is badass, I would get that!
I wanted something like that but opted for an AK instead. Obviously an AK is not as nice but it was only 400 after the ffl transfer. If I ever have around 1500 to 2000 layin around ill be getting a Socom or HK SL8 with G36 conversion.
I would be pissed if I was limited to 10 round mags!

Sniff...and my girlfriend won't even let me get an air-soft SOCOM.

I would get the springfield 308. Sweet ass gun......
The thing with the SOCOM is, I can pick one up anytime I have the money. The Automag, its super ultra ULTRA ultra FREAKING ridiculously rare and I could more easily come up with the cash. We'll see...gotta make some phone calls, see if I can't get some people who owe me money to pay me back...the bastards...
damn man those are nice!!! I never shot one before...but would definately be interested in trying it !!!! :D

I never really got into the whole gun thing. But hey everybody has their hobbies. I'm sure some if not most people look at me crooked when I say I play video games still!

The AMT quality is going to be very disappointing....
If the goal is to have it, and never shoot it, that won't be a problem....
If you actually want to shoot it some, You're gonna need a good supply of parts, preferably Colt parts, to keep that thing going....
Yeah, they look cool, but....
Also, the concept is somewhat lacking. My Wilson Combat Competition Compensated .45 was infinitely nicer to shoot than my AMT Longslide...
Can't go wrong with the SOCOM....
I actually saw in person Saturday at a gun show, an original Wildey, like Clint Eastwood had in that movie "Sudden Impact"... pretty neat looking in person...

I'd rather buy a gun that I could actually shoot people with safely... Paintball all the way!
Though it would be nice to go out and shoot some targets with some nice guns like that!
Patrick7997...yea, the Automag wouldn't be a shooter. Every once in a while I take the ones I do have out, but they're more of a cool thing to have than a range gun. What was that Wildey going for? I know the old 44AMP automags go for huge amounts of money, but they are damned cool too!

Wooh. A little pricey. Are those normal prices? I am completely gun illiterate.?
