: what do you guys think of infinity amps?

i wanna coordinate my system, i got the infinity subs and i plan on gettin the components, so now i wanna get (2) 4 channel amps and a mono amp for my subs

so i found one of those above for a lil over $200, sounddomain claims 1300 watts rms (bridged at 2 ohms) with 1500 max, how likely is that?

Fully CEA-2006 certified specifications ensure you get all the power and performance you expect

infinity aint bad
their numbers are usually true or slightly overrated
nothing like sony
but i prefer kicker amps for that range
to each their own

I read something a couple years ago that confirms what you hinted about sony. ;)

I bought Sony speakers about five years ago for another car. They weren't too bad, just not great like I expected. I would've spent more for better quality but I thought "HEY! IT'S SONY!" It had to be high-end stuff, right?

hey dont get me wrong
home audio, tvs, etc etc
car audio....
they rank right there with roadmaster, dual, etc etc

haha, my now girlfriend told me i should get roadmaster speakers for my buick roadmaster

i almost broke up with her right then...

nah jk but i did laugh out loud

now see thats a name combo that would suck
however when i had my 69 z/28 camaro that i made into an SS clone
i was gonna buy some autotek super sport amps and subs
THOSE STILL ARE GREAT SUBS TO THIS DAY and that would of been kick ass

Roadmaster is a good sub!! we had one laying around, like 125 rms.....put 800 watts to it and played a bass heavy song, did not burn at all we were pissed.
