I just had the chance to sit in a new 07 at a local car show. The new interior is leagues ahead of our old 04. I used to tell everyone that I bought the SRX despite the interior, but I would not have that reservation with the 07. It looks better in person than in the pictures.
The stitched material over the doors and the instrument cluster is very classy, and the new center stack is much nicer. The arm rests are now actually soft and comfortable, although the pop-open "tupperware" bins are gone from the doors. Best of all, every last trace of hard, dimpled plastic has been banished back to the Chevy Blazer it came from.
