I found out the black and red two-tone V is an MSD advertising tool.

Even though I have a general distain for marketing gimmicks, I have to say I like what they did.

Check it out..........

they are supposed to bump voltage up.

but here is the thing. even if it bumps the voltage up. The coil will only need X voltage to jump the gap anyway.

So you can have a coil capable of putting out 100,000V but will only use 25k V all the time. Waste of time and money ;) The only time I would even consider a "coil" upgrade would be if changing ignition to CDI. Then you want a coil that has as low a primary winding resistance that you can find. For instance, The Mercury coils found in some of the Mecury outboard boat engine.

The next mod maybe? Big block Chevy. They say it "fit like a glove"

I love the paint. I've been seriously contemplating this.

Also, check out the air intake. Where do you think it's going? Have they figured something out?

It's going down to the intercooler.

Looks like the ProCharger set up. The centrifugal turbine housing nestled where the stock air box used to be. Feeds air to front mounted intercooler on left/driver's side which then flows out the intercooler on right/passenger side up into throttle body and intake manifold. I think ERP provided assistance on that project.

Yeah, this wider shot shows the intake filter.

The only other place I've seen it placed has been here (look just to the left of the tire). This was the car that EPP did.
