I've been looking everywhere without much luck anyone know a site where i can get smoked out taillights for the 07 CTS-V? or am i going to have to bite the bullet and have the original ones blacked out at a shop???

No one sells a kit for the taillights. There is a kit for home made smoked Fog/DRL and side markers available from Wild Wheel on this site. Check this thread:

If you can get a shop to do it, then by all means go for it. Or you can use Nightshades but be warned, it can run on you. Ask me how I know. There is a vendor looking into smoking the tails for us but I don't think he's started yet.

Here's a link to the thread started by Avon Custom Wheels about tinted tails. I saw his work first hand at a CTS meet and greet a few weeks ago in NJ. On page 2 of the thread, he shows the finished product. The V that he's standing in front of to show it off is mine.
