Amazing headlines from Cadillac. They're now going to sell their units in North Africa. I wonder if GM and the Cadillac division have decided to FORGO any meaningful cash incentives here in America only to offer them to the N. Africans? How many elephants would it would take to successfully "barter" a Cadillac sale?
