I own a 97 Cat and have the USA Spec CD changer. After the purchase from Crutchfield I realized my car in not pre-wired. Therefore, I orderded the OEM cable. Where do I plug it in? There are only two outputs on the back of my factory(Non-Bose) radio. One is for the antenna and the other seems like the main harness for speakers, power, etc. Please help.

I have a '97 also which we bought new. The Delco 10 CD changer was mounted in the trunk on the right side in a special compartment by the dealer.
It was my understanding that the wiring for the trunk CD changer was factory installed.

Not all(mine) Cateras in 97 were pre-wired. I found the wire located under the toe-kick panel on the passenger side. I coonected the cd-changer wire in and it worked fine. I also found a date harness their that looked like an output harness. Any idea what this could be for?
Also there is a harness under the rear driver seat. Any ideas?
