I was paging through the latest issue of Car and Driver in the airport news rack and on one of the pages was a spy pick of the new 2008 re-designed CTS taken from the rear. Gotta tell ya', I wasn't liking it. Picture in your mind a current DTS rear on the pics we've seen on this forum of the front and sides of the '08 CTS and you'll see they designed the sportiness right out of it!

It looked as if GM went back to designing old man Cadillacs! If anyone can find the pic and post it here, you'll see what I mean. YUK!!!!!!!

I saw what your talking about it's a photochoped pic. Don't worry that back isn't going to look like that. Picture slimmer and a little higher STS lights!

That's a concept photo/drawing from a different car on a different "alpha" platform. Definately not the new CTS.

those have to be some sort of concept car, lutx has already said that the new cadillac will not be unveiled until the chicago auto show.

Those look like 20's or even 22's from that rear shot. I really like the wheel well gap, but those sure look like a rub waiting to happen.

Still looks like a BLS front-DTS rear. Jeez GM. I think R&T mentioned 255hp. If this design with anything less than 300+hp, will equal low sales and rush to the Germans and Japanese models .

None of these are official photos. Relax til auto show season starts people... PLEASE!

The closest things we've seen are the mules with the crazy black and white stripes. Anything that looks like it could possibly be a real car with no mule disguises is a photoshop or a concept photo of a different car.

guys that is just the Cadillac Imaj. a concept that came out a long time ago. i think about the same time the Evoq (now XLR) came out. the closest that thing is to any production Cadillac is the SRX.:thumbsup:
