Oh great.... it says I'm going to live to 80, even though I have a bad diet. Guess I need to drink more and start smoking again.

I think what saved my butt was the stress issue. I'm pretty good at chillin'
Like the Latin proverb, "Don't let the Bastards grind you down!" Each year I live I become more rational and wiser. It allows me to walk away from a lot of stress. I've been in my own business for 30 years and I've learned to live with the problems that come with the job. Any stress that's left I use alcohol to mellow me out.:alchi: :D

Two big stressor that I don't have to worry about anymore are children and money. I've moved past that years ago.

84 here. I can hit 91 if I drop my weight to my target, eat more fruits & veggies, and get a bit more exercise.

I didn't try it, but I assume that like other lifespan estimators, if you have bad habits or conditions it pays to be older when you take the test. A 60 year old that smokes, drinks, and is overweight will probably have a longer life expectancy than a 20 year-old with the same answers.

77 years old, the smoking really plunged my rating.

The good thing is my family has a very high life expectancy, My grandpa lived until age 96 with no health problems except diabetes and it was in control. My great aunt will be 100 this October and she has no health problems. My great uncle lived until age 91 with nothing but diabetes. And my grandma is 92 and going strong, she still lives on her own and drives.

^^ Thanks!

I will be 18 soon enough, but I never wanted to be too old anyway.

Can't smoke, can't drink, can't drive, can't mate! (<--Very important!!) What's the plus? Talking to my spoiled grandkids about being younger??
