:mad: i noticed the fm reception inthe deville is getting worse it now barely picking up any stations they fade in and out alot now . is there a fm booster in the car that i can check ? if so does anyone know where it is located? i know it uses the diversity system i just want to the booster before i come to the conclusion of replacing the rear window, i work on audi's i see this alot with the windows screwing things up:want: f n audi's make me:alchi: :alchi:

Have you had your windows tinted recently? The metal in the tint film degrades the radio signals getting to the antenna embedded in the back window. The antenna box is above the rear window behind the headliner.
