'94 FWB, Dark Green-Grey Metallic, Grey leather. 129k miles. Rebuilt trans (500 mi), New Michelins, new pads and turned rotors on front. I bought this a few months ago with the intention to keep it for a long time, but I just took a job that is going to require a pickup truck. It has average dings/scratches for a '94, with nothing bad at all. No rust (Texas car). Factory remote keyless. I paid $3700 on ebay, rebuilt the trans ($900 on a "buddy deal", since I work at a dealership), tires cost over $500. I also have a Factory Service Manual for the car. The car is going in the Auto Trader this week. The bad points are: window tint needs to be replaced (purple), the trunk lock cylinder is missing (the remote and glove box door buttons work to open), and the steering is slightly loose. It could use an idler arm and tie rods. It does track straight. It is also missing the trim around the base of the vinyl top, which is still available from GM. I can email pictures to anyone interested. The price is higher in the AutoTrader, but I'll take $4000 FIRM for the car. Email is bowtieguy@houston.rr.com. The car is located in Houston, Tx.

Sounds like a cool car. Maybe not in as good of shape as my immaculate '93, but the price still sounds reasonable.
What's the interior condition like? Dash cracks, seat holes, dirty?
I actually hope to buy another Fleetwood for myself only by the end of this summer...just can't right now!

Here's a couple of pics...the driver's seat has a little color that came off, but no rips. I will be fixing that with some SEM dye this weekend. A few pieces of the thin trim down the sides have the fake chrome wrinkled (common), and the left rear trim has a 2" piece where the chrome came off. Good news: the power antenna and the trunk pull-down both work. The power windows and locks all work. There is a small oil drip from the oil filter adapter (common) which will be fixed before the next person gets the car. When the tranny was done, I bought new GM trans cooler lines, and added the Tahoe Police Package torque converter and deep (2 qts. extra) pan. It also has a TransGo shift kit, but does not shift harsh at all. Yes, the car can use some cosmetics, but it does run great, and I still wish I could keep it. I know I have quite a record of buying and selling cars (at least I do on the impalassforum), but this was intended to be somewhat of a keeper. Oh well, I don't mind losing some money on it, but I don't want to give it away, either.
