I was referred here by Kevin from the Cadillac Owners Yahoo Group. I am more of a lurker than a poster. I am close to 60 and have owned several Cadillacs.

62 Yellow Sedan Deville.
66 White Couple Deville.
70 Blue Coupe Deville.
76 Green Coupe Deville.
88 Sedan Deville.
94 Green Eldorado.

The 76 was not the best of the group.
So far my 94 Eldorado is best but the 66 and 70 come in second and third.

I am new to the Northstar System and have much to learn.
I did pick up the two service manuals from Ebay.

You have a good and very informative group here.
I am proud to be a part of it.

Thank you, Pat! It's really getting off to a nice start.. You certainly have had a nice bunch of cars! So this Northstar is your first Eldorado, huh? Otherwise all DeVilles.. Why the change?

Actually my last car was a Lincoln Mark VII.
It was an excellent car but it rotted away.
I was debating between a Mark VIII and the Eldorado.
The looks of the Eldorado and the Northstar System sold me.

Oh....I did have a 1979 Eldorado Bairritz for a short time.

I love the Biarritz! One of my all-time favorites. :) And I had a Mark VII LSC as well.. I LOVED that car! But, my next car was the ETC so it kinda just got lost in the past. Lincoln does make a good automobile.. But, the Mark VIII didn't compare to the ETC to me.. The interior is different, but nice in the Mark.. Altogether, it's a nice car..

I think the Mark VIII LSC was more the rich man's Cobra. I mean it really was a Lincoln Sportscar.The good thing I can say about it is that any mods for the Cobra would more than likely work on that Mark.I'm partial to the Mark VII I mean it was one of the last V8 RWD American Luxury Sport Coupe.

I know a guy who runs 12.10 with his '91 LSC.. Supercharged.. And, it's quiet as stock... :) What a sleeper!!

You'd be surprise what you can do to them 5.0 LSC. Before I got my Caddy I was looking for one of them but decided I could build my Caddy into something badder and different that many folks down here haven't see.
