Any Ideas of why I can't push my parking brake down?
It won't budge an inch even.
I looked around and under it,couldn't really see what the problem was.

I had a similar problem with my 85 coupe. The mechanism was rusted tight. I sprayed it with rust penetrant and got it to go down. after that it was a fighter to get it up...
