Under my hood, there is an attachment for a ground wire (I think), but there is no wire going to it. There is however a loose wire that leads up to the hood. It doesn't seem like it should go there, but it is so close. Does anyone know what the deal is? I tried looking for some pictures, but couldn't find any good enough to see. The only problem I have been having is a code: p0741 and as I understand, that can be a nightmare to get fixed. Also, sometimes it takes a long time to start her in the morning. I was getting some codes for the fuel pump: p0463 and another. I know some of the relays are bad so I have switched them around eliminating driving lights and the horn. I am thinking about just changing all of them and they look like they are the same. Are they? I know it is not cost effective to change them all, but I have tested them in the horn space and I know two that are bad for sure, but they don't always fail, so I would rather be safe than sorry. I really don't care about driving lights, but I really need to have a horn.

Does your underhood light come on when you turn on the interior lights?, That is what that wire looks like. Or it could be something that someone else put in? The other picture, I am not sure what you want us to look at.

The light does still work. Like I said, you can see a loose wire right above it, but I don't want to just connect it.

In the other picture I was just showing the relays. To me it looks like they are all the same except for the high low beams (a five pin). I just want to know if they are in fact all the same. They are all the same manufacturer and number except the fuel pump and AC compressor relays, but it looks like they are the same.
