Hello guys,

 I need your help again to find the following:

1991 Brougham Trunk Wreath and Crest.

I would prefer to purchase an original GM part.

Do you know if car dealers are still able to find floor mats and ornaments for a 1991?

Thank you again!!

I have found a lot of 90's Cadillac trim pieces on eBay. I think that the 1989, 1990 and 1991 exterior emblems are basically all the same style.

I have also found that the interior parts such as floor mats are difficult to find in the exact NOS (new old stock) anywhere. There are a number of companies that will custom make mats that will be a perfect fit and colour match for your car; it would take an expert to know that they are not original.

The dealer should still be able to get the ornament stuff for the trunk or you can get them from a junk yard. A lot of years should be the same one but it might be different for the different models.

The trunk ornament could be taken off a car at a junkyard and affixed to your trunk with a little trim adhesive. A dealer would do basically the same thing, just charge a whole lot more.

Floor mats - get your hands on a good carpet shampoo system and clean your or original floor mats, or re-dye them if necessary. OR go to a junkyard and get some old mats and do the same to "restore" them. Any aftermarket mats would look cheap and tacky and custom-made floor mats would probably be really expensive.

I doubt a dealer would have/order original floor mats for a car this old, but never hurts to ask. Again, they won't come cheap if they are available through a dealer.

The best way to get one is on ebay, hands down. You can find NOS GM peices for way cheaper than the dealer. Type in "Cadillac Trunk" in the ebaymotors search and there are always some. The brougham one has two holes across from eachother so you can mount it with the pop rivets.
