HI. Have a '99 Deville & the brake lights stay on (all three). I pull the fuse (labeled brake light- 20amp under hood) when parking, so the battery doesn't drain. But while driving, other drivers must think I am some idiot riding the brake while driving. Is there any known fix for this?

Probably a mis adjusted brake light switch. Put your foot under the brake pedal and lift up. If its out of adjustement you should hear a muted ratcheting noise as the switch distance is changed. The brake pedal could also be rubbing on a under dash panel not allowing it to return fully?
