i got my car back today and i remembered your car was due in tom at the same place i took mine to. ok so i had a few issues or i should say "worries" about the car and the people at north bay did a couple of fixes to my car . The funny part is on the reciept it says "scanned car, ran tech 2 on sensor ..... (n/c) [which i think means no charge]." i had all the bs little issues i felt like bombarding the service rep with adressed ...all of them. replaced diff, replaced e-brake assbly(again!),third brake light, gave me a courtesy inspection AND washed my car.
The e-brake issue just goes to show that the P.O.S. FAT FUX at city cadillac dont do SHIT!! when i bought the car i didnt notice i had a severed e-brake line. I brought it to city caddy and they took the car in and called me the NEXT day to tell me the car was ready(wtf that fast!? i thought). of course i went in and all they did was keep my car to point out what i already KNEW was wrong with the car. they made me come in AGAIN to replace it but then the brake wouldnt stay down!! lol wtf's the point of replacing something broken with something that doesnt work??? so at northbay they replaced it yet AGAIN but this time it works beautifully!!! dude ask for Shiraz Sookralli he's the asst service manager. holla at me if you need someone to help unleash the wrath on city caddy. BTW did you call corporate about the $90 they charged you? if so you got the number? i feel like complaining also.
