Hey, look at me, i'm a newbie!
So what the heck!
Are there any threads in here for 60's year model Caddy's.
I'm working on a 63 hearse, and really want to talk to some folks
who have done some restoration etc on one of these.
So shoot me a reply if you know of a forum on here or elsewhere
that I can find this info.
Dunno if this will let me, but i'm gonna try to post a pic of my beastie, photoshoped of course.

I got lots of love for the 60's-i bought a 62 sedan deville 6 window last month
and i am finishing up a few things to get her running-she had sat for 15 years only being driven a few k on it during this time-74k 100% all original-even have a 2nd set of new (originals) spark plugs from when it was new
ive done plugs, wires cap , rotor, condensor, points, wire wheeled and painted alot under the hood -
all new fluids (except tranny leaks like crazy)-i justed pulled the gas tank this weekend to take it and have it cleaned and sealed-when i get that done, i will be pulling out to drive and power wash the under carriage covered in oil and tranny fluid-then i need to replace all vacume lines on the whole car-every one is rotted and snaps right off just for lookin at them (haha)
later plans include wire wheel and paint the frame(maybe) rechrome the bumber-grill lights=paint the inside and out-new leather all all interior, and probably sooner than expected to pull the tranny for seal replacement if i wanna drive it anywhere than my driveway..good luck on the resto hearse
plenty of crusin room for everyone
Welcome, and unfortunatley your picture is unavailable. Definitley would like to see what you are working on.
