I would like this for my 95 Eldo, but I am not sure if it would fit. Does anyone have any idea if it would? But if you have a car that this would work with, it is fair game. I want all of us members to see this, maybe this can lead to more research to convert all our NorthStar's to Zs. Wishful thinking.

Actually, 95 has the dual prom/memcal. I've had my PCM out and verified it.

From Westers web site:

Cadillac

Custom Dual Memcal

yes im looking for someone for the 96-04 years but then it would allow people with 93-04 N*s to be able to be modded not just 93-95

Your response sounds like a yes!! So could a 95 Seville or Eldorado use it? Thanks.

CadillacETC1997, I would volunteer, but both Caddys are SLS/ESC and it is kinda far. I will be in Toronto at the end of August, but I need my car for the 4 days I will be there. I wish someone on the forum lived there.

The PCM will work, however, the memcal likely won't. I believe they are car specific. There are different gauges to run, etc, so the proms are burnt differently. So in other words, yes it would work, but you would need to switch memcals, and you would not have gained anything.

(note that if the cars are the same (seville/seville, eldo/eldo), it might work... check with a dealer to be sure)

I agree, plus the 93-94 and 95 have different HP ratings as well as different intake/injection set ups.

Damn. The lisiting said he did have the 93 Seville chip in his 94 Eldo and hit 134 mph. Oh well, its okay for now.

Do you guys think it would be a problem in my 94 Eldo ESC since I have the 3:11 gears?

Arent all of the z rated ones using a 371 gear?
if so it wont work for anything but a 371 geared car.
