Looks like I'm gonna get hit. The forecast says it'll go though my island on thursday. Sounds like it will be an interesting day. LOL

Whoah I haven't seen that kinda snow since I lived in upstate NY. I used to live right next to lake Ontario so we would see at least 3ft every year.

They said the system slowed a bit so now they predict it will hit us on Friday night. So I guess tomorrow isn't going to be as action packed as I had planned. LOL

If I ever have to get hit by somebody, I hope it is Fabio. He's a wuss.

I know the official hurricane season starts in June, but it always seems to peak in August. My guess is that we'll have at least one a week between now and the end of September.

And I would also bet that NOLA gets hit again.

September is the technical peak, with chances of a hurricane increasing as we approach Sep 15 and decreasing thereafter.

though you never really know. Andrew with an A was the first storm of 92 and still the 4th strongest ever measured.........so basically at any moment we can all be obliterated...except us in Tampa, nothing bad ever happens here :)
