Started running rough today. Surging at cruising speed, rough idle, almost like a dead cylinder. SES light came on.:(

should help you with the codes.

But your P0300 and P0603 do not tell you much that you don't already know. Clear them and see what comes up next time you run the engine.

Have you noticed fuel consumption has increased? Might be unmetered fuel being delivered to a cylinder or cylinders through a stuck injector or failed fuel pressure regulator.
